Congreso is partnering up with Skin Deep Tattoo & Piercing for a special fundraising event on Saturday, August 22nd! Every tattoo or piercing purchased will be going back to Congreso's vital services that support families in our neighborhoods.

-Saturday, August 22nd from 1pm - 6pm
-Skin Deep Tattoo & Piercing (2055 N 2nd St. Phila. 19122)
-Tattoos vary from $40 - $100. Piercings are $5 off for nostril and lobe.
-Black ink only (additional cost for color). Arms + leg placement only.
-Limited space available.
