The Philadelphia Latino Arts & Film Festival (PHLAFF) is a nonprofit cultural organization founded in 2012 that celebrates and promotes the work of Latine/x/a/o filmmakers, artists, and storytellers. Originally established as a film festival, PHLAFF has evolved into a year-round arts and cultural platform that showcases films, supports artist development, fosters community engagement, and creates opportunities for emerging and established creatives. Its mission is to amplify Latino voices, encourage cross-cultural dialogue, and build a more equitable cultural landscape through film, arts, music, food, and community-centered programming.
