This event will celebrate the transformation of a formerly vacant property into an affordable homeownership opportunity and highlight what it takes to make ownership possible for lower-income Philadelphia families.

 The project is a strong example of how multiple partners can work together around a homebuyer: combining affordable housing development, housing counseling, public investment, financing, donated property, and targeted affordability assistance.
